The product we order, the vegetable kosher glycerin is a good product and has been consistent and reliable since we started ordering it less than a year ago. My only complaint is that the process from ordering and receiving it seems to be longer than we anticipate since the warehouse is in Denver. I receive other companies products within the Denver area usually the next day , occasionally after 2 days if i placed the order late in the day. This doesn't always seem to be the case with my purchases from Chem world. It has sometimes taken 3 or more days. Other than that, i have no complaints.
